Developing, building and managing commercial properties
The life cycle of a property requires proper know-how for the tasks arising at each stage of the cycle.
The user's individual requirements and special circumstances of a location are to be exactly understood and influence the development of a property.
The most up-to-date requirements for building efficiency with regard to later running and operating costs are to be considered alongside the principle of having the greatest possible internal changeability for a property, that is to say "flexibility".
The possibilities to make alterations at any time, even after a building is completed, means there is a requirement to react to changes in the user's work processes, even if that means a substantial additional cost.
A long-standing and well attuned team made up of our own architects and civil engineers carries out new building projects, revitalisations as well as enlargements and alterations to our existing properties.
- Structural engineering: planning and construction management for all work stages of the HOAI (Regulations on Architects' and Engineers' Fees) including the health and safety coordinator
- Interior architecture and designing the working environment
- Revitalising or renaturalising and reconstructing property formerly only used commercially
Provided that the know-how specific to a task is not existent or does not exist to a sufficient extent within the organisation, we choose suitable partners to enhance the group and we have long-term, successful collaboration with them.
Our office also covers the following specialist areas of property assets:
- Project development (design, location and user analyses)
- Marketing/sales of projected land and existing land
- Financial controlling
- Management (technical and commercial facility management)
